Take That have recently broke ticket sales records following their ticket sales for next summers proposed stadium tours. However this has sparked fear that their might now be the biggest ever ticket scam.

It has been estimated by analysts that a staggering £15 million could be raked in by the sales of fake tickets.

The band smashed their own record by selling out in minutes, this has forced them to add another batch of dates onto their original 15, and they will now be rocking a total of 25 shows!

The genuine tickets all went the total number of genuine tickets that where flogged was a staggering 1.35million! It was averaged by ticket distributors that around 50 tickets would be sold each second. Another more worrying average appeared to showing that a fake ticket site was emerging every hour.

The scam sites where coming from all around the world even from places like India, the idea of these fake ticket sites are to either sell you tickets which will never arrive or to use your banking details once you fill them in and fraud their way into your bank.

Edward Parkinson of real ticket site Viagogo said “Fans need to be extra vigilant when they see a site offering Take That tickets and should not judge a site by its appearance; they must do their homework before they buy.”

Ticket demand was thought to be up to 30 times higher than the Michael Jackson tour ‘This Is’ which the fatal pop star never got to perform.

A number of fans camped up for 72 hours waiting to get their tickets at the box office, whilst internet users blocked ticket distributing sites with their eagerness some preying fans couldn’t even log onto some of the main distributing site for up to four hours due to the site being so busy!
