Sadly Calvin Valentine has left the soap Hollyoaks after his ending storyline that involved him getting shot on his wedding day! But now that there has been a murder in town, the murderer has to be found and the police are up to their necks in suspects, but who actually did it?
Almost every main character in the soap has a reason to be the villain in this storyline, even his own blood had a motive – but no offence whatever there reason was for committing this crime or even if they meant to (unless they were mentally unstable) who would bring a gun to a wedding?
Well someone did and each episode a different character has the finger pointed their way for example, in tomorrows episode the finger is pointed towards Lauren as she makes a run away with Gaz, but not for the reasons the Valentines and the rest of the town may think!
She has actually gotten herself into a sticky situation as all Hollyoaks fans should know by now if they have been tuning into every episode – this situation being one that involves her lying about being pregnant to get some free money!
But then Cheryl’s guilty conscience becomes too much for her and she reveals all to Carmel about Mercedes affair with Calvin (she could have at least waited until Carmel had grieved for Calvin long enough – some more inappropriate timing Hollyoaks included in their storylines to give more oomph). Carmel’s reaction is not pretty for obvious reasons.
Finally Mercedes other half, Malachy is trying to convince himself that Mercedes has nothing to do with the killing of Calvin and is trying to convince his brother Kris too.
But can he really believe that she had nothing to do with it, well you’ll just have to keep tuning into Hollyoaks this week to see if the finger ends up getting pointed at Mercedes and how long it stays there for too!

Nathalie Emmanuel, who plays Sasha Valentine in the soap Hollyoaks, is due to leave in just a few months time and that will be the month of June. The character, Sasha, has literally been through hell and back; she has had to live through some really traumatising story lines and because of that fact Nathalie wants her character to leave the village of Hollyoaks with a “happy ending”.
When she attended Pixie Lott’s new fashion range launch party, she spoke to ‘BANG Showbiz’ and said,
“That girl has gone through so much I just want her to have a happy ending. I know it would be more dramatic if she got killed off but I’d feel better if I knew she was content with her life.”
Some of the things that have been tragic in her life are, to name a few, beating a heroin addiction that took over her life and the worst, seeing her own brother being shot dead – 2 very unpleasant circumstances to deal with. So why should it end up that Sasha has to die as well, shouldn’t she be able to leave on her terms and as Nathalie continued to say, “If they don’t kill Sasha off, I may return one day!”
It’s always hard to leave a group of people when you’ve been working with them for so long so obviously she’s “sad” to be leaving the show, but opportunities will be in the horizon for this young actor so she has got lots to look forward to.
Well we don’t know what the Hollyoaks team have got planned for Sasha’s ending storyline and neither does she as they haven’t shot those final scenes yet, but the one thing we do know is that she’ll be leaving the show in June. So if you keep watching the episodes, you may even spot a story building and guess the ending before it happens!

Tragically Zak’s brother in Hollyoaks had a turn for the worst and sadly died. This event obviously brought out the worst in Zak and he took out his hardened feelings on his loved ones including Michaela!
This little outburst aggravated Jacqui (Michaela’s sister) so much that it almost put her into an outrage herself but when she finally found out the reason why Zak was in such a grouchy, unapproachable mood, she soon changed her tactics and her mood on the matter.
Anyone had the right to react the way Zak did, even if he was wrong at the time; his actions are deeply understood.
All of that will be displayed in tonight’s Hollyoaks episode aired on channel 4, but that’s not all what’s going on. Cheryl and Steph have got a scheme in place that has got unfortunate consequences for Jem and Gilly. Why? Well that’s because their little scheming plan is to put a wall in between the couple in the themed party night of Greek Gods.
Tomorrow tonight will find that their plan maybe worked ecstatically well, even more then the girls would have liked especially when Steph is shown with a guilty conscience.
Tonight we even see Rhys try and make it up to Josh but nothing is going to cheer Josh up, in fact he “falls of the wagon” a bit on tomorrow’s episode as he gets completely wasted over the situation of Rhys sleeping with India. Maybe Rhys is really trying to ruin Josh’s life, maybe not in purpose but it definitely seems his taking all the good things away from Josh.
Plus Zak may be swelling in sorrow on tonight’s show but tomorrow his out celebrating with friends, in hope that his current tragic situation will drift from his for at least a few hours and his grief will be on the way to recovery.

Calvin crossed the line yet another time last night in Hollyoaks when he, as the TV Guide put it – shared a “night of passion” with Theresa. What is going on in Calvin’s head? Is he actually going to sleep with every McQueen before being satisfied with his relationship with Carmel, does he need that much settlement to know that he has made the right choice with the bubbly blonde. Well whatever really is going on, that is how the situation appears to be.
I think the Hollyoaks team is trying to make Calvin as hated as possible before that unfortunate episode, where he gets shot dead (that aired back in 2009 as a glimpse at the future – something that has never been done before by the team).
So far we know that Calvin is a cheater and with him it must be true about that old saying, ‘once a cheat, always a cheat’, plus tonight’s episode will see Calvin getting questioned by the police again about his part in Warren’s death; while being interviewed he lets slip something we never thought he would know…something about Holly!
Yes, he really is on a role to become the most hated man in Hollyoaks! His murder storyline may just be the hardest one ever to figure out – the whole village could be suspects!
Wednesday night is the night when Holly will wake up form her coma but she won’t even speak to her own mum Cindy or Tony. Cindy really has no idea what is going on or what went on and I think all us Hollyoaks fans would like to know the full story to this one as well.
But further on into the week Tony picks up a bond with Holly and that’s when sparks start to fly again for Cindy – she’s falling back in love! Well it’s about time, seeing as Tony was doing everything he could to prevent her from completely losing the plot in Holly’s disappearance.
There’s lots more scandal going on Hollyoaks this week to, so to see what happens next just simply tune in.

Who knew so much drama could take place in just one week, but Hollyoaks definitely knows how to pull it off! They’ve crammed everything into just 5 days – they’ve got some heartbreak, lots of lies and even a bit of violence chucked in to, but to top it all off two characters on the Hollyoaks set are leaving this and next week, but as it goes we only know one of them.
Coming up this week we find out that Hannah and Jamie are on their way to leave Hollyoaks but Darren’s not having not of it, so he spills the beans or their whereabouts to Jamie’s worst any at the moment Blue.
That’s not where it ends though Blue finds the pair in their hotel room, although Hannah’s alone when he come bursting through the door – but not for long as Jamie soon returns and attacks Blue.
That’s not the worst of it yet, further down into the week the police make their way to their hotel room and the only thing Jamie can think to do is hold Hannah hostage! Probably the most stressful week of her life and to top it all of Darren gets stabbed trying to save her from the criminal Jamie.
Was risking his life really worth it, when his on the verge of dying? Who knows if Darren will make it through to next week, but we certainly know Hannah won’t as this Friday she is leaving Hollyoaks and it looks like this time, it’s for good!
But why is she leaving Hollyoaks, is it because of this quite insane week she’s had or has she simply had enough? You can decide. Next week, someone follows her footsteps and leaves Hollyoaks – Who will that be? It looks like you’ll have to keep watching to find out the answers to that, but don’t worry you haven’t got long to wait!
