There may be love brewing in the streets of Emmerdale and this romantic entanglement may be heading for a little lost sheep.
Everyone knows who the character of Marlon is, his the man with all the tragic love stories in his past, but who is still strong enough to start up a new love in hope that it won’t end up at the same destination as the rest of them did. But there has just been so many that his new love interest should really be concerned!
Marlon’s not a bad guy though, in fact his a very kind and good person, it’s just bad things always tend to happen when women are involved. Although, Mark Charnock, who plays Marlon Dingle, thinks that this new love interest of his, could really be the love of his life – “the one”!
But weren’t all of the other women, who he had romances and relationships with, the one? This really is a situation that I wouldn’t want to get into, so good luck to the new girl – who is in fact Rhona Goskirk, the Emmerdale vet who is played by Zoe Henry.
Mark also thinks that things may not turn out the way Marlon hopes they will as he made the following comment that Female First found,
“I love this romance because it feels like Marlon is on the cusp of something very special with a woman who likes him for who he is. I think Rhonda could be the one for Marlon, but who knows? It’s soap land, after all.”
Those are some very true words said by Mark Charnock, but hopefully Marlon does get the happy ending that he, honestly, rightfully deserves and Rhona will turn out to be the perfect woman for him.
It’s about time these soaps had a happy ending that stayed that way, not an awkward start, happy middle and a tragic end! As much as we like to see drama take place, we also want to believe that things do turn out for the better as well!

There is a current storyline in the soap Emmerdale, but for it to progress any further in depth, bosses need a new actress to feel the shoes of a new character and there is just one person that they all think would be perfect for the job – she goes by the name of Joan Collins.
Yes, the legend herself, but will she want to portray the character of ‘Nana Barton’ as the Barton’s keep calling her? Nana Barton is Moira Barton’s mother who apparently is living on a cruise ship as has a keen eye for men younger than her (more commonly known as toy boys).
This is all the information we know so far about the character of Nana Barton as that is all Moira and her husband John (played by Natalie Robb and James Thornton) have revealed about her. These two actors have been the ones joking about how great Joan would be for the part of Nana Barton as James revealed to DigitalSpy,
“They keep referring to Nana Barton. We keep laughing saying that Joan Collins would be great for the part! She’d be amazing.” And of course she would! Natalie thinks so to as she made the comment, “Joan would be brilliant!”
Natalie has also got her own ideas about a storyline that could take place involving Nana Barton and her character Moira Barton, she said,
“Perhaps there could be a secret buried. I still don’t know why Moira left Scotland, so there might be a storyline there.”
Maybe Nana Barton stole a boyfriend Moira had whilst she was living in Scotland (seeing as she has been portrayed to have a thing for toy boys) therefore Moira thought there was no other way, but to leave.
We can all make up story-line’s that involve Nana Barton, but it will be up to bosses whether they want her to be presented as a good mum or a bad one – but one thing’s for sure if they do get Joan Collins to play the part, the storyline will be interesting no matter what!

Viv is going to finally find out the truth about her husband Bob Hope when he had an affair with Gennie Walker (his son’s girlfriend) in Emmerdale. This is what Female First likes to call ‘a dramatic new storyline’.
The Emmerdale pub has already seen so many rows to last a life time, but I suppose one more won’t hurt – well even it does it won’t matter as the pub is the destination where a fierce row will take place between Bob and Viv. You can bet the whole of Emmerdale will be in there that night too.
These soap characters should know ‘what comes around, goes around’ and the truth will always be found out in the end no matter how long it takes. So as you can guess, this unfortunate news came to Viv’s attentions as Gennie and Jamie (Bob’s son) were leaving Emmerdale for a break. Sian Reese-Williams, who plays Gennie Walker, spoke to ‘Inside Soap’ magazine and said,
“By the time Viv walks in and finds the little group of them, there’s a definite atmosphere. She picks upon that, and eventually puts two and two together. Viv and Bob have a blazing row in the middle of the pub, in front of everyone. But Gennie’s far more concerned with Jamie at this point, so she ignores Viv.”
After the conflict (and in Viv’s state) she convinces Jamie to go on without Gennie and that is exactly what he does. As Sian said “they were right for each other in every possible way, so this is such a sad end for them.” That it is, but who knows, Jamie may be able to forgive his girlfriend and get the image of her and his dad out of his head – but Viv on the other hand, well Bob’s going to have a hard time getting back in her good books.
Well it’s all getting heated in Emmerdale, so if you want some of the soap’s oldest characters get in each other’s faces then keep tuning in to all episodes so that you don’t miss a thing!

A vengeful fight will be taking place tonight, but how big it may get is something you’ll just have to find out by tuning into Emmerdale for their 7pm episode.
As a little spoiler you can find out who the fight will be between, and that’s going to be two women! It may have been suitable to call it a cat fight, but I don’t there is going to much slapping taking place just a lot of fists and angry screams – I think we should give the girls a ring to box in by the way the TV Guide is describing it.
So what two girls have been at each other’s throats lately, none other then Laurel and Sally. But Laurel is the one who found Sally and pretty much ambushed her at an almost isolated selection of flats and finally confronts her.
Maybe she should have made a scene a little more to prevent anyone getting seriously injured – then I suppose when you are that angry you just don’t think. So obviously this ‘supposed’ to be small confrontation turns into a fight and then all that is going through Laurel’s head is revenge.
Lets hope that Laurel doesn’t do something she is going to regret, but if she does and wonder if she’ll have a guilty conscience?
Emmerdale has also planned for some jealousy to take place tonight as well; this will be when Cain decides to make her newly wedded wife jealous on a lunch, what has the scheming man got planned now?
Plus don’t forget that tonight is the night when ex Hear’Say member, Suzanne Shaw, joins the Corrie cast as Edna’s grand daughter – you don’t want to miss Edna’s reaction tonight when Suzanne turns up, this is going to be a shock and an half for the old lady! What a storyline that is going to be!

This week Emmerdale has got a lot of surprises in the horizon, but the biggest one of all will be taking place this Friday. As with all of the best soap surprises / cliff-hangers, they usually come at the end of the week just so they can tease our minds all weekend waiting to find out what will happen next.
Well, instead of a shock murder, a shock relationship, a shock ending; this Friday there is going to be a shock arrival and a familiar face in the music industry at that! Although soap fans, it is no one who has been in Dales as of yet.
She used to be a singer in a band a few years ago, she’s got blonde short hair, her first name begins with an ‘S’ and her last name begins with an ‘S’. That’s right, the new face about in the village of Dales is Suzanna Shaw – she used to be a part of the band Hear’Say, but now it seems the singing star has turned a different corner and changed her path from being a singer to becoming an actress!
So this Friday and from now on we’ll be able to see if Suzanne has in fact chosen the right path, this will be interesting.
Plus you’ll never guess who she’ll be playing…she’s only gone and got the part as Edna’s granddaughter! It’s like everyone is reuniting with people this week as Paddy gets to catch with an old friend of his and a familiar face to Emmerdale on our TV screens – you’ll be able to see this episode take place on Wednesday night.
But if you want to see Suzanne take her first step as a Dales character, don’t forget to tune in this Friday at the hour of 7pm on ITV1. Edna and her granddaughter will be reunited and all will be happy days – but for how long is the question, as this is soap land we are talking about!

Everyone who has been watching the Emmerdale soap lately will have witnessed the conniving Cain force Charity into his wedding scheme and tonight seems to be the night when his plan is swiftly going to be put into action.
No-body else seemed to know about this wedding, so when he finally lets the cat out the bag to the Dingle clan – no wonder there all in surprise, no one saw it coming!
While all of this action is taking place it seems that Cain has got someone else to do his dirty work for him, well someone needs to get the unwilling bride to the “registry Office” and on time! Who knows she may just do a runner, so that’s why Cain has put Chas in charge to make sure Charity makes it. Will this story have a happy ending though? If it does, who’s…?
We wont have to wait long to find out what Charity decision is on her “supposedly” big night as tonight’s show will reveal all – there’s even some revenge plotting going on between some of the other characters on Thursday night too.
Emmerdale is one of the longest running soaps on TV and it is currently being sponsored by the online bingo site of Tombloa Bingo.
That’s not the only story line taking place in tonight’s 30 minute episode; Aaron and Holly are back in the picture when we see the ex-boyfriend invite Holly to the ceremony in hope that the pair will get back together and give their relationship 1 more chance. But as we know Aaron is currently battling against his sexuality behind the scenes and in fact seems to prefer guys to girls.
Finally last but not the least, Emmerdale is bringing Maisie and Ryan into this Wednesday episode and we are seeing a whole new light from the pair. Already we have seen incredible scenes between the characters and now it seems that they are finally moving on from their unfortunate past to a brighter future. At least someone’s happy in tonight’s programme………or are they!

Emmerdale have had some interesting action taking place this week which has seen Nathan getting even nastier than ever before. But he is not the only one who has been highlighted in our bad books, as Cain is ever so subtlety making his way back to the top of our bad list and I think he likes what his doing to.
Even though the events this week is more or less about this (troublesome due) and their families, there has still been over storylines going on, it’s just these bad boys have made themselves a little more noticeable.
So if you’ve been tuning into Emmerdale you will know about the incident which happened last night between Nathan and Faye and on Wednesday his mum Natasha was demanding what Nathan was thinking although he quickly turns the situation onto Faye and blames everything on her.
That’s not where this conversation ends with the pair though, as Nathan knew something is up with his mum and convinced her to tell him. This is where Natasha revealed that she had killed Mark, but what a bad move that was on her part……as she obviously couldn’t see just how derange her own son is.
Nathan did get his just deserves, with a slap from Natasha after she has reached her limit – but that soon backfires!
After Charity is seen to be furious with Cain after the Sat Nav event, Cain soon turns on her and says that if she wants even a penny from the money he got from the Sat Nav’s then she’ll have to marry him first! Well that’s a surprise I weren’t expecting, but is Charity really that shallow she’ll say yes just to get money or maybe she still does love him deep down? Who knows only time will tell.
On top of that their daughter is contemplating whether to leave the village or not, for good! Sick of her parents arguing and the mischief they get up to may have finally driven Debbie away!

This week it looks like everyone is slightly off key in the events of Emmerdale, but still the worst is yet to come. Just 2 more days until the weekdays are out, which means just 2 more episodes before that long weekend break until next week to find out what happens next.
So far we have seen Maisie’s breakdown go to the next level with her drunken showdown in the Woolpack on Monday night, Carl’s horror as the doctors believe his kids to be seriously ill and a little bit of kissing too.
But tonight is the night when Emmerdale is raising their action to the very next level. For starter’s Masie purposely puts herself at risk by head butting the mirror in the Woolpack’s toilets, which then leaves her on the floor.
Already that’s one messy business going on without the suspicions of what Carl and Zak have! They’ve come to the conclusion that the steam coming out of the factories has created all the recent poisonings that have been taking place so that’s when they make their way other to Jai and Nikhil.
Now that’s for the rest of this week, but words out that a familiar face to Emmerdale and our TV screens is making a return visit to the village. Wonder who that could be? Curious? Well if you tune into next week’s episodes of Emmerdale then you’ll find out who’s made their way back, but until then there’s even scandal heating up, especially between Katie, Masie and Ryan.
Don’t you think it’s about time that Katie knew what really was going on and why Ryan is so low? Well Emmerdale thinks that too, which is why next week is the week when Katie finds out the truth but how is she going to react – will she scream, will she cry or will she be concerned; who knows but next is when we will find out! Plus will Mark’s body every be found?
