Steve Carrell Treats a Street
Steve Carrell has got a new movie in the pipe line and no wonder, after his success with his latest movie ‘Date Night’. Interestingly enough, we are yet to find out what this new movie is called, that Steve will be starring in, and what the story line is going to be – but 1 street (and that is the entire street) has literally got front row seats in watching this movie take place; all on the behalf on Steve himself.
That’s right, the set where Steve will be filming his new movie is due to create a bit of a scene, including loud noises, lots of light and even some late night shoots to. As all of this will be taking place, Steve thought it was his duty to personally visit each and every house along the street where this action will be taking place and apologise for any inconvenience in advance. A very noble thing to do!
But the star treatment doesn’t end there, oh no; after turning up at all 24 hours and apologising for the upcoming events he also sent a florist van full of flowers to all neighbours along that street the very next morning, plus (and this is the really crazy bit) he also said that they can all snag some of the nibbles that is displayed for the cast and crew.
Wow, I bet it’s like actually being part of the crew!

“People were impressed that Steve, who’s both star and producer’ cared enough to consult them – but they got an even bigger surprise the next day. A florist truck delivered huge flower arrangements to every home as a token of his appreciation.
Now it’s like a big block party every night, with neighbours and their kids watching the movie action and snacking on craft table goodies. I’m feeling a slight twinge of jealousy right now; why couldn’t he shoot down my street.
