Single Trouble for Cheryl Cole

I think it’s true when people say ‘everything comes all at once’ and I bet Cheryl Cole is thinking the exact same thing.
For starters she found out her husband was a cheater and his was cheating on her with multiple different women (via text), then there were photos published of Cheryl with a very bad cold saw on her lip and now to top it all of she is going to have to get involved with a lawsuit about one of her hit singles – Fight for this love! As if she didn’t have enough to worry about.
We all witnessed this single prop itself into the No1 spot, very securely, as soon as it was released in the month of October last year. But now it seems that some US publishers named ‘Peer Music’ have claimed that one of their very own songwriters had a hand in the hit single ‘Fight for this love’ basically meaning as the Sun quotes “co-wrote” the song with Cheryl’s publishers, Sony/ATV.
Now that this has come to Peer Music’s attention they are looking for un-necessary harm created by her publishes and all “over royalty payments.”
That is why the recent lawsuit has been put into action in the US and Cheryl and her publishers will have to not fight for this love but fight for a win on their behalf in court.
Peer music has only launched this lawsuit into action as they want some extra cash from the earnings the single made, and who blames them if they did help make the song what it was.
But still who’s going to win the lawsuit the US or England? Can Cheryl Cole fight hard enough with her publishers to stop the US publishers receiving a penny? Only time will tell, but for Cheryl’s sake we hope that she wins after all the girl has got so much on her plate already – really, can things get any worse for her?
