Shane Warne declares its over with Simone Callahan
Cricket legend Shane Warne has come out and admitted his marriage with his estranged wife Simone Callahan is over. The announcement comes just hours after actress Liz Hurley revealed she has separated from her partner.
You may remember the whole situation with Shane and Liz which happened not to long ago when Simone found texts on his phone which lead to the suspicion of him cheating.
It wasn’t the first time Shane was apparently caught cheating on Simone with the first hints coming ten years ago when texts where found on his phone. Since then he has been spotted with various women and in 2005 Simone had enough and ended her suffering love for the Aussie bowling legend.
After time the pair gave it another go and for a while it seemed to be going ok however Shane’s old ways came about again and now it seems to be over for good.
Liz split with tycoon husband Arun Nayer to the shock of many people close to the couple. Nayer’s friends said they are “stunned” at how the relationship has gone. Even Liz’s mum said she didn’t know about the split.
According to The Sun a close family friend of Arun’s said “In India we believe a woman should be properly divorced before embarking on another relationship. This is a betrayal and an embarrassment for Arun. His family are very proper and this makes him look like he has been cuckolded, which is very embarrassing for him indeed”.
It is rumoured that Liz and Shane will now spend the Christmas and new years period together as a couple after plans of the romantic get together was set weeks before the romance was revealed.
Shane made his separation public when he wrote a statement on his web page which read “Sadly and unfortunately, Simone and I split up a while ago. Close friends and family were informed at that time. It is a private matter so we did not make it public. We remain friends and will continue to be good parents”
