Sex and the City Next Stop London?
British fans of the film, Sex and the City have probably just made Michael Patrick King (who is the writer / director of the show and movies) most favourite writer director ever! Why, you ask?
Well that is because this man has promised us British fans of the movie, that if their second instalment does as well as the first, he will be bringing out a third movie and he will be bringing it to the UK!
Can you imagine! We could literally see the girls in action! If you want to be in the chance of seeing our city on the big screen in a third Sex and the City movie and the chance to see the 4 women who make the movie (which include: Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis, Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon) then say ‘I do’! I do!
Well there is a way by making the second movie more successful and that is by going to see it at the cinemas, but I suppose there’s no need to ask twice there!
This is what Michael had to say to the British Sunday Mirror, “We will come to the UK, I promise if this film does well, then London is definitely the venue for us. At one point Carrie was going to move (abroad) for a work assignment anyway. We all see it as our spiritual home for the show.”
He then goes on to talk about how great the fans support has been that “obviously” he is going to have to wait to see how the second addition plans out, but is “hoping the third will happen.” Well you’re not the only one there Michael, we have been waiting for so long for this second movie, that a third is at the top of lists again!
The second movie is out in the cinemas now, if you haven’t already heard, so pop down to your local venue if you want to see what adventures those girls embark onto next! That’s if you haven’t already!
