The Online Bingo Summit is one of the most anticipated bingo awards ceremonies of the year within the bingo industry and the results are now in.
Best Online Information Portal
In the category for Best Online Information Portal were some of the usual suspects, Which Bingo, Bingo Port, Bingo Base and Bingo Street and the new site Oh My Bingo.
Bingo sites have to send in a nomination themselves, but as it has been the same winner for years we never bothered to enter our Online Bingo Club portal as we thought the awards were skewed in favour of Which Bingo, who’s owner chairs the conference. But to our surprise, this years winner was Bingo Port, knocking Which Bingo off their favourite spot!
Best Online Bingo Operator for 2010
Next up we have the Best Online Bingo Operator for 2010 award. Nominees were – Foxy Bingo, Tombola Bingo, Ladbrokes Bingo, Paddy Power Bingo and Wink Bingo! And the winner was Tombola Bingo!
Best Newcomer for 2010
In the category of the Best Newcomer for 2010 were – Tea & Bingo, Red Bus Bingo, Tasty Bingo, Bingo Hollywood and Caesars Bingo. The winner was Tea and Bingo, with the award being picked up by Raj Ramanandi.
Best Online Bingo Software 2010
Runners for the Online Bingo Software 2010 award were – Dragonfish, Virtue Fusion, Gamesys, Cozy Games, Parlay Entertainment and NYX Interactive. Virtue Fusion come out winners of this much anticipated award.
Best Marketing Campaign 2010
In the Best Marketing Campaign 2010 category we had – Foxy Bingo (The one you want), Tombola Bingo (Emmerdale Sponsorship), Tea & Bingo (Stop Motion TV Ad), Red Bus Bingo (Advertising on Red Buses) and Ladbrokes Bingo (Rolling Balls) – And the winner was – Foxy Bingo with The one you Want.
Best Online Bingo Innovation 2010
Last but by no means least was the award for the Best Online Bingo Innovation 2010. Nominees were, Virtue Fusion (Deal or no Deal), Alvin 5 (Bingo Apps), Tombola Bingo (Bingo Roulette), Costa Bingo (Facebook Integration), Amuso (Weakest Link) and Cozy Games (Multi Hand Bingo) – And the winner was – Virtue Fusion with their innovative Deal or no Deal game.
Virtue Fusion obviously had a good night and was well deserved and we would also like to extend out congratulations to Bingo Port. Foxy Bingo also knows how to run a great marketing campaign, so their award definitely went to the right recipient.
