Kellan Lutz Wants a Twilight Spin Off
Kellan Lutz is the actor who plays Edward Cullen’s hunky brother, Emmet Cullen, in the Twilight series.
Everyone likes his character, his that cool strong guy who looks out for Bella as much as Edward and Jacob do (just not in that over-protective way) and his got a good heart to – the sad thing is, we really don’t get to see enough of his character on screen.
That’s because the story of the Twilight series is based around Edward, Bella and Jacob and everyone else is simply there to move it along; but wouldn’t it be great if we could see Emmet’s life too?
Each one of the other characters have got as much as a past as the lead roles, and as each movie is aired we find out a little bit more from those pasts, just not enough.
We’re not the only ones who would love to see Emmet’s life on the big screen, oh no, in fact Kellen Lutz himself would love to, as well!
When he spoke to ‘Dose.ca’, he actually announced that he loves his character and would love to see the story behind his and his wife’s Rosalie’s relationship on screen. This is what he had to say,
“I love my character, I’ve made such a back-story in my head, and I just don’t get to show a lot of him. I can’t help it and I can’t complain, but there’s a lot I want to do with him.”
Well Kellen, we would love to see that dream become a reality and you’re already half way there as Stephenie Meyer has already wrote a book about Emmet’s character and his life and it’s called ‘Emmet and the Bear’.
Apparently the famous author has posted this version on her site so if you want to get a little more insight into how Emmet’s and Edward’s characters came together then just pop to her online site to find out! But Kellen wants a whole series on his character, he wants Meyer to write the “Emmet Chronicles”!
