Jordans Perfume of the Superdrug Menu
We all know how wealthy Katie Price is or I should say Katie Reid, otherwise how would she be able to afford that fairytale wedding she had with Pete, her body maintenance – as in hair, nails, fake tan, etc and all of those boob jobs too.
So if someone is that rich you wouldn’t expect them to watch their pennies, would you? No, well then you’re in for a big surprise as that is exactly what Katie had been accused of doing.
Katie’s (though fans commonly know her more as Jordan – her Glamour Model name) latest perfume fragrances that she brought out will all making their ways to plastic bin bags and out of all Superdrug stores!
That’s right and why, you may ask? Well that’s because Katie went all the way to Gujarat to the Pragati Factory, which is a glass-making factory in India.
Now there is nothing wrong with that, but the wrong thing started happening when Katie began paying these workers wages below the minimum wage! In Gujarat the minimum wage is £2.25p a day and Katie was paying them £2.05p a day, which is 20p short of what she should have been shelling out.
Seriously what does an extra 20p matter from someone like Katie Price? It doesn’t matter at all! Maybe she’s gotten tight with her money now that she’s not with Pete anymore, but now she is paying the consequences as no Superdrug store will sell her product – I’m not too sure about other drug stores as Female First didn’t include that information, but Superdrug definitely are not!
So that was a pretty bad move made by Katie or maybe just a mistake made on her part who knows for sure.
Hopefully, Katie will find some way to make amends; otherwise if she makes any future projects she probably won’t have very high sales.
