Homer Simpson Tops Entertainment List
You know, we always hear about all these awards that actors receive for their roles in movies, all those awards that singers receive for their singles or albums and songs that reach top of the charts – so if you think about it, what don’t we hear about regularly? Comic characters! That’s right those cartoon characters that gets us in giggles every time they do something stupid.
Well obviously these characters and for example, The Simpsons, have given us more laughs and entertainment then regular actors, as Homer Simpson only just reached top of the list on the “new Entertainment Weekly magazine countdown” as Female First said.
The title for this countdown was ‘The Best TV and Movie character of the last 20 years’! Now that is definitely saying something, if his topped the list of being the best and everyone’s favourite for the last 20 years – the show has definitely had a good run and their still going too!
Plus all of the following are characters he beat to the top mark, all of which are only included in the top 10. They are:

The Joker from Batman

But, wow, Homer Simpson a character’s who’s famous catchphrase is ‘Doh’ and is famously known for eating donuts, messing up his and his family’s life and strangling with his son Bart when he does something bad (which is often).
Well at least now, bosses of TV shows know what we as a country enjoy watching – Comic/ cartoon characters that mess up; come people we need some more Simpson based shows!
