Daniel Radcliffe on Harry Potter End

In a few weeks time, Daniel Radcliffe will be filming the very last scenes for the final Harry Potter movie ever!
The book ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows’ has actually been split into two separate halves as it is so long. So when he is in London filming his final scenes, they will be for the second half – so you can imagine the devastation that Daniel and all the other characters must feel.
Daniel, himself, spoke out about this sad end to the Potter films; here is what he had to say,
“I will be devastated when it’s over. There is nothing I watch without it triggering a series of memories. Everything about the films is so linked to my life. At the same time, it is exciting it is the end.”
Well, I’m not surprised, especially seeing as he has been playing the role of Harry Potter for the last 9 years – that’s right, back in the year of 2001 when he was probably 11 or 12 years old, Daniel Radcliffe took on the role of Harry Potter and now at the age of 20, basically a very long chapter that took up half of his life is coming to an end. So you can imagine the heartache of leaving something like that.
Not to mention, and according to Female First, Daniel is quite afraid and weary of the fact that he might not be able to get any more work!
His not the only one either, who is going to miss the Potter family – Emma Watson who plays Hermione Granger is also sad to be leaving, in fact incredibly upset as she spoke from the heart and said,
“I feel like someone is dying. His kind of love and recognition is just incredible. It is also really emotional for me. I am proud.”
Let’s hope this success that the pair of these actors have experienced, carries on throughout whatever they decide on doing next!
